Select text in any app on your Mac, press a hotkey, and the result lands back where the text was. Two presets work today: translate between Czech and English, and fact-check a claim while you write. Aether runs on your own API key for Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini, on a local model through Ollama, or on the claude, codex or gemini command you already have in your terminal. Nothing leaves your Mac until you ask it to, and nothing you write is ever logged.

Plutus

A free real-estate investment calculator.

Plutus tells you whether a residential building pays off before you commit to it. Enter the land, the construction, the apartment mix, rent and financing, and it returns NPV, IRR, payback and a 30-year cashflow. It runs in the browser, in Czech or English, in CZK or EUR, and it costs nothing.
